My ionic has stopped working (after 14 months). Dead as a doornail. Very disappointed. I seem to be one of many. Will Fitbit consider replacing this for affected users? (maybe with something that will last a bit longer?) It is an expensive device - there must be some recourse?

Welcome to the Community @SteveClaxton. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this.
I would like you to confirm that you've tried charging it but use different USB ports. Also, you can try restarting it and cleaning the contacts.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
