I just got an ionic and I can’t get notifications on it. I have watched videos, read suggestions in here and reset several times and still can’t get them. I can’t even swipe right to see them

@Aggotts Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It's pretty weird that you're unable to see notifications in your watch. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to set them in your Ionic.
- Could you let me know the mobile device that you're using?
- Are you receiving notifications but not seeing them?
Keep me posted.

My wife has the Alta and I have the Ionic - Adidas version. I called the company several months ago regarding an issue my wife was experiencing. She attends an aerobics class three times a week and her Alta does NOT record her exercise time. I was told then that they were aware of the problem, that it was a software issue and that their engineers were working on it. It still does not work to this day. I called today regarding an issue with my Ionic - Adidas. While I receive notifications (text message and phone calls from my iPhone, I do not get any type of alert to let me know that something has arrived. I only discovered that I get these message strictly by accident as I accident as I scrolled down the clockface screen and there they were. Incredibly, I was told the exact same thing, that it's a software issue that they are aware of and that the engineers are working on it. That must be their stock answer for everything (the toilet doesn't flush ... it's a software issue and the engineers are working on it)! This will be the LAST time that I purchase from Fitbit as they obviously do NOT stand behind their products. Fool me once, shame on you ... fool me twice, shame on me!

@android512 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for sharing what you experienced with Fitbit Ionic and your wife with the Alta.
I appreciate the time you took to contact our Support team. Your feedback and comments are appreciated, if there's an issue that we are aware of, our Support team will let you know this.
It sounds like your Ionic or your phone might be on Do Not Disturb mode and this is why your Ionic isn't alerting you of the notification. I would like you to double check this by going to your Ionic's quick settings and check that this option isn't turn on.
If your Ionic isn't vibrating, please test your vibration motor by performing the tips mentioned in this article.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hello,
Do Not Disturb is not turned on and my Ionic vibrates for everything else but incoming texts and phone calls.
