Stop working after update! HELP

Have my Ionic about 3 years now with no issues. Did an update yesterday and as soon as it was done updating it shut off.  No response on the screen.  The App says my watch is connected and battery is 98% but nothing on the watch.  Been researching since yesterday so I keep attempting a reset as most of the posts suggests, both by holding all three buttons and by holding two buttons at a time.  On all occasions I get the logo then after a few seconds a short vibration then screen back to blank and unresponsive.

Please help! Thanks.

if this is dead then $450 for 3 years don’t seem worth it.

Same thing on my end.  I got the update and did it.  Then roughly a day later, my watch just turned off and won't turn back on.  Obviously there is some kind of issue with the update.  I hope Fitbit figures it out.

Just got off the phone with customer service and my watch is back up.

Press all three buttons at once until logo appears.

When the logo disappears release the bottom right button.
Continue to old the other two until you feel the watch vibrate then release (that bit was missing from the reset instructions I have been reading since last night).

Then I think the watch needs a few second to because when I tried to power it on right away nothing happen but a few seconds later it came on.

Then I delete the Ionic on my app and set my watch up as a new Ionic.  Not sure if you need to delete it but I did. Lost all my data but the good news is I don’t need to spend money on a new watch.

hope this helps you.

I did exactly what you did, hold the three buttons,at once, no logo appeared, just blank screen and vibration, and a dimmed screen.then pressed the bottom lower button and back button at once, another vibration, still blank screen. Allowed a few second.. blank.

Had delete fitbit ionic account, and set up, again. Ionic was able to sync with android phone, but it requested the 4 number code, which i cant see on the blank fitbit screen.

Daily, still unresolved.. holding for solution...
