Ionic not receiving notifications

My Fitbit isn't working and.l it keeps saying

I would like you to follow the troubleshooting posted in this article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

same issue here. i uninstalled the app. reinstalled did this 3 times reset my ionic as well few times. it keeps saying it needs the ionic to link to fitbit. then it says okay. but still nothing no notifications in text or phone calls

I have done all of the suggested steps to try and get my notifications back and nothing happened. Please help

Thanks for the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned. I would like you to make sure you've done this procedure to set up notifications on your Ionic. 

Also, please confirm your phone operating system is compatible with the Fitbit app: 

• Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
• Android OS 7.0 or higher
• Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher

Please let me know the phone model and OS version installed on it. Have notifications worked for you before?
