Ionic not recharging

I’ve had my Ionic for nearly a year now. Once or twice it’s taken some time to recharge and go live, but last week, when it ran out of charge, it won’t recharge at all. It shows “0%” occasionally but other than that, nothing. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions? Thanks.
