Ionic not recognising Deezer subscription

Hi,

 

My Ionic now won't recognise my Deezer subscription and say I have to verify wifi settings. Well I've done that but still nothing. Should I contact Deezer?

@Joelyba Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Deezer subscription on Ionic.

 

Do you have a paid subscription with Deezer? You need one and also Wi-Fi connection yo download music. 

 

Also, have you followed all of the Deezer set up instructions shown here? It shows how to enter an activation code for the Deezer app. You will also find some steps to do in case you keep experiencing activating Deezer. 

 

Additionally, a user who experience something similar got it working by reinstalling the Fitbit app on his phone. You could also try that if needed.

When it came message to the wifi settings, the phone needs to be attached to the Wifi you want to connect the ionic to.

The ionic needs to be plugged in and charging.

Then we can setup the wifi .

My thought is if the ionic is not connecting to the wifi then the Deezer App will not be able to log in and verify the account.
BTW the ionic needs to be charging to be able to setup and sync Deezer
