Ionic not registering/showing sleep

So I got my Ionic yesterday. Had the charge 2 prior. Ionic seems to record that I'm sleeping while it's on the charger and doesn't record that I'm sleeping when I'm actually asleep. Band was tight enough, wrist setting is on the proper one (dominant) and the sleep sensitivity for movement is on "normal" instead of sensitive.... not sure why it didn't register?

Edit: It didn't sync properly with my pc, my sleep is now showing up after syncing with my phone instead. The whole "only connect to one bluetooth device at a time" thing is awful. I have to manually turn on and off the bluetooth on my computer all the time.

It suddenly corrected itself a while ago, but the same problem started again about a month ago. I spoke with Fitbit, and they offered no solutions. I was clear that I was very frustrated by this and informed them that I'm not surprised that many people are choosing products other than Fitbits. I updated my firmware, my software, restarted the Fitbit. Nothing. I'm beyond frustrated. If you find a solution, please do let me know.
Good luck.

I've been told over and over again that you "didn't have enough information", but nobody has told me how to rectify this. It's a vague answer without offering any solutions. I'm pretty sick of it at this point.

Really annoying.

I have tested this:

1. Restart Fitbit

2. Restarted phone

3. Check for updates / updated

4. Changed the sleep sesitivity

And rebootet both devices MANY times.

I have also checked that the "strap" is not too tight / loose. But still, it does not track. It worked "normally" 2 days after purchase, but now it is "dead". I do not really know how to solve this. I do not find anything on the forum that helps 😞 😞
