Ionic is flashing green on the back; but the screen won’t work & won’t sync. I tried restarting, no response. When I attach charger, the screen doesn’t show anything.

@KristD @StephenJB you will need to contact Customer Support to get a case logged they will be able to help you. Hope the link below helps
@Gabby217 @SunsetRunner If you have not tried rebooting I would suggest putting your Ionics on charge and try rebooting by holding tbe bottom right and left buttons in until the Fitbit emblem aplears on your displays If that does not work also contact Customer Support from the link above.

Mine has just done this as well. It started crashing after the last update and restarting itself losing any session data from current exercise. Now it seemed completely dead although fully charged an hour ago. Plugged power in for a few minutes green light on back eventually started flashing held all three buttons down and it rebooted fully charged as if nothing had happened. I am blaming the update and got my Blaze back out and charged if needed.

I tried rebooting with charger attached, no response. I’ve thought about letting it sit until battery goes dead, then charging or calling customer service tonight after work. I got my Blaze back out as a temporary fix.

Problem fixed. I called customer service. Held all 3 buttons down (which I did yesterday & didn’t help, but maybe today’s update fixed something?) so now it’s working.

@KristD Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you were experiencing with Ionic's display not showing anything or syncing. Thanks for trying all those steps in order to sort this out.
I'm really glad to hear that customer support was able to sort this out for you with the three-button restart. Hopefully, this will be helpful for other users too.
@Gabby217 @SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit family for you too! Thanks for reporting you are experiencing the same. If you already did the restart with no luck, please try performing the three button restart as it seems this has resolved this situation for other users too.
@StephenJB It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting this. I'm glad to hear that the three button restart help you out as well. Thanks for posting the workaround that helped you out.
@Tony.r Thanks for your awesome help on this thread!

My ionic is doing this, the logo is just going on and off, won’t respond to sync, won’t connect to Bluetooth, removed device from my iPhone and now it won’t connect or respond anymore.

I had this issue for a couple days. Did you do the three button reset (all all three buttons at the same time when the Fitbit logo is on the screen and then let go of the bottom right button when the logo disappears)? I did this a couple of times actually and then let the Fitbit logo blink off and on for about 2 hours. It seems to take a away to clear the memory cache. Once the Fitbit setup screen appears, charge it for a couple hours then re-add it to your Fitbit app.
It seems to work after the battery is drained as well. Wait for the 0% battery icon, then charge for about 2 hours. Re-add to Fitbit app.
It is time consuming, took about about 6-8 hours total time (I did this twice the last couple days).

How is it working now? FitBit helped me getting it to work again last August. No issues since.
