Ionic not responding

10pm on the 29th was last sync.  Fitbit had 50%battery.  I was swimming with swim mode on, android was not in vacinity. Icon came up for update,with vibrations, and red battery with 0% came up.   30 min later, by android to update screen was black, froze, cannot reset.   

After having a problematic charge 3, thought I was good with this one.

 

Help please!!
