My Ionic has basically died. It won't turn on or charge at all.  I've tried every combination of holding down the buttons for however many seconds to reboot it and it just stays blacked out and dead.

 

Yes, the contacts on the back are clean and not obstructed from getting a charge via the charging cord.

 

It's just a very expensive bracelet at this point.  If I can't get this thing restarted, I'm never buying another fitbit product again and telling everyone I know to stay clear of this junk.

 

Any last chance suggestions for me?

Same here! I can't believe this watch cost all this money and the battery can't be replaced or doesn't last

widespread issue. I am not satisfied with a discount. I think all of these

I think you are right, especially with this many malfunctioning. I will not tell anyone I know to get a Fitbit from now on.

I was within my year. I think that is the only reason they sent me a replacement. I had a choice of a replacement ot 50% off a different Fitbit.
