Ionic not responding

My Ionic won't charge or even turn on. Tired several different chargers & usb port on PC. Tried 2 & 3 button restart / reset methods but nothing, completely blank, no Fitbit logo etc. Checked charging pins which were fine but cleaned them anyway. Still nothing. Very disappointed as this was a replacement for the last Fitbit that died.
