I had my ionic 2years for 18months it's been switched off not in use, returned back to fitness for the watch to stop workimg after 3weeks. I held all buttons for 10secs this restarted the watch great works for a week I shut the watch down as the notification on device stopped also thought it may help now it won't switch back on.held all button nothing charged it nothing. Emailed fitbit their response is do a factory restart.... Impossible when the watch won't switch on two emails later they still don't respond anyone else have this issue? And guessing there isn't much I can do other then buy a garmin instead
