Hi,
After some problems connecting bluetooth to running headphones I reset my ionic. Now I'm trying to set up again on me Mac and running through the setup with the Fitbit app there is no options to select Ionic. How do I reconnect with the Mac?

Thanks for sharing that your Ionic isn't showing on your Mac as an option.
I would like you to confirm that you have Fitbit Connect installed on your computer and that you're following this procedure to set up your Ionic. If you're but you're still experiencing difficulties, please uninstall and reinstall Fitbit Connect again.
