My heart beat, steps, stairs, activity...etc. Nothing is showing on my fitbit.

A warm welcome to the Community @Sfrois71. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It's pretty weird that you're not seeing any data in your Ionic. I would like you to restart your watch and then check if you get information showing again. 

 

If you're still not seeing any stats, please reply to the following questions: 

- Is your Ionic's display working?

- Are you able to see the main clock face?

- Is your Ionic showing just Fitbit logo?
