Ionic not showing text notifications

Having a problem getting texts from my Phone to show on my Ionic. I tried everything. Anyone else have a quick fix?

If you're using iPhone and running iOS 13, you may want to check the main thread about customer who stopped receiving notifications.

Yup. Started a little over a week ago on my Samsung as well. Whatsapp messages no longer showing on my ionic. Others are reporting the same thing. 

Also, It's probably no coincidence that the Fitbit app was updated on 9/19 and these issues started...probably 9/19.

I finally uninstalled the Fitbit app and then installed again. That solved my whatsapp notification issues.

I had to turn on the preview feature for text messages to get it to show up on my Fitbit.
