Ionic not switching or charging

Iconic watch will not switch on or charge , screen blank , no green light on rear of watch 

 

have charged for 24hrs and tried factory reset still no success, 

have checked charger and contacts all working 

 

not impressed watch is only 18months old not gpod for the price paid
