Ionic not sync and notifications

I am not receiving notifications and it is not synching. I have uninstalled fitbit app reinstalled renabled all permissions. I have forgot bluetooth and reconnected (took forever). Im not sure what else to do.

Mine doesn't sync either.  I've tried everything.  I get some random notifications from Voxer, but I am not getting texts, calls and other things.
