Ionic not synchronizing, since updates last week.

I updated my Ionic last week and the synchronize hasn't been without issue.  I have restarted bluetooth multiple times, removed the Ionic and added back.  Still fails, tells me to restart bluetooth.   Had connectivity issues since this new Ionic was received.   Makes me think this Ionic has issues.

 

I have toggled synch settings and manual synch fails.  Auto synch fails.  Phone and bluetooth is verified.  

 

This a new Ionic as it was replaced last month.  I am at wits end with this and might want to get a different health tracker.  

 

Please tell me that a fix is in progress, this was not a cheap tracker.  

 

My phone is s8+ running Oreo.  App versin is most recent 2.84 and  Ionic version 27.33.1.30.

Whatis the make and model of your phone? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I would appreciate if you confirm that you have rebooted your phone and tried to sync once again. Additionally, please restart your Fitbit Ionic by following these steps.
