It's counting my daily steps like normal and looks accurate on the device and on my phone, but only about 1% of the steps are going through. Sometimes it gets pretty close and if I get like 5k steps it'll add in 4k, but for most of the days (4 out of the 5) it seems to only send 1-2% of my steps through. Like right now it's wednesday and I have 2150 now, 4500 from yesterday, and 6558 for monday. I should have about 13000 steps and I have 297. I'm nursing a broken foot right now so I'm not expecting to win but just curious if anybody else is having this issue. I restarted the watch and took fitbit off my phone and repaired it and it's still doing it.

@Creamcheese742 It's nice to see you on the Fitbit Community. I appreciate the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
Please check below the possible reasons for this issue:
1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.
We also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Wow. Literally none of this is helpful...but what else would I expect from this company.
