Ever since my phone was updated my watch throughout the day run slow until I am manually sync my phone to my watch
and it hard to sync it I have to try syncing it about 15 time before it sync

I would like you to make sure you have a compatible phone, this can affect the syncing between your Ionic and your phone. Also, please try this syncing troubleshooting and continue monitoring it.
Can you provide me with more details about your Ionic running slow? Does it happen only with syncing or is the watch not working flawless? What mobile device do you have?

I too am having trouble getting my ionic to sync since the last update. the heart rate is not tracking live , syncing is taking several tries to complete and not always successful. blue tooth is cycling between connected and disconnected I am using an iPhone 6s and have not had any problems with any other blue tooth devices I have on my phone. Again this issue did not start until last update. I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing seem to work. is this just me or does Fitbit have another issue they will not fix.
