I've been using my Ionic without issues since December until yesterday afternoon. I had a notification on my phone that the watch had not synced for some time with the app. I hit the option to sync and it went right through. This morning I woke up to the same thing only this time hitting sync didn't work, so I restarted my phone and the watch. Everything synced. An hour later, the notification was back and this time I couldn't get it to sync even after a restart of the watch. So I figured I would just re-install the Fitbit app, which did nothing. I then removed the Ionic from the app figuring I would just re-pair it with my phone. The problem is I am at work and don't have my charge cable. Is it possible to get the pairing process to start without the cable? My Ionic has 95% battery but the app just keeps presenting me a Retry button and nothing happens on the watch.

A warm welcome to the Community @Generik420. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and for taking the time to share what you're experiencing. It will depend if your computer has Bluetooth and your Ionic can communicate through it using it. If it doesn't then you will need to buy a wireless sync dongle to connect your Ionic to your computer.
Since, your Ionic isn't syncing, please try this syncing troubleshooting.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the response. I actually got everything working once I got home and had access to my charge cable. I unfortunately had to do a factory reset of the Ionic and lost a solid 9000 steps before the Ionic would begin the pairing process. Since then everything has returned to normal.

Thanks for getting back @Generik420. Sorry for the delayed reply. I appreciate that you mentioned you got it working when you performed a factory reset.
You can manually log an activity to get these steps back, you can log walking or running for the time that you lost these steps.
