For the last week my Fitbit can’t sync when I get up. It keeps trying and says it failed. Then later it will suddenly sync and work the rest of the day. Are others having this issue? I am worried it is the beginning of a bigger problem and it needs to be replaced

I would like you to make sure you have the latest app version and that all day sync option is on. This will help that your Ionic syncs automatically. Could you let me know which mobile device you're using?
