My ionic stopped collecting the data two weeks ago and now wont sync at all with my android devices. Tried all the resets, no joy.

I would like you to confirm that you've done this syncing procedure. I've seen that other users have unpaired the Ionic and they aren't able to pair it again, if you did this, please try the steps on this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
