I've had slow sync issues, and crashing, with my Android app (since day one) so for the last few days I've tried something and was wondering what the actual sync process is. I have Bluetooth only (no wifi turned on) with my phone and the fitbit dashboard opened up on the computer. I open the fitbit app on the phone and start the sync process (not set to constantly sync) and watch it go very slow or freeze. I refresh the Dashboard page and my steps etc sync with my watch. By then my phone screen has usually gone dark, I unlock the phone and the app has not updated like it has on the Dashboard. I initiate the sync process again, and then the phone is the same as the Dashboard.

@KDX I hope you're doing well! Please check this article to learn the syncing process and how it works.
What kind of mobile device are you using to sync your Ionic? Please check if it is listed under the list of supported devices. If it is not, that should be the root of this. You can try another mobile device.
You could use the computer to sync as well. Do you have a Bluetooth enabled computer? Is it a Windows 10?
Please check these syncing troubleshooting steps. That should also help!
Keep me posted!
