Good morning. My Ionic stopping syncing to my IPhone, IPad, or the website sometime on Wednesday September 18. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If it's not syncing to multiple devices then it's likely to be a problem on the fitbit so I would suggest restarting it using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues.

Whatever you do don’t try to do a factory reset it will go into the logo cycle of doom and Fitbit will tell you 🤷🏼:male_sign:🤷🏼:male_sign:🤷🏼:male_sign:
