Ionic not syncing with Iphone SE6

For more than a week now I haven't been able to get my Ionic to sync with my Iphone SE6. I have removed the App twice from my phone, now can't get it reinstalled. Not sure what to do.

What can’t you reinstall, the app? Can’t you find it in the AppStore?

I reinstalled but had to change email address
