Ionic not syncing with app!

I've done everything that suggested to sync my ionic to app...turn blue tooth off & on. Sign in & out of app. Restart my ionic. Restart my phone. I uninstalled & installed the app. Any other suggestions??I  haven't had this much problems syncing since I got my ionic over 3 years ago!! 😡😠😡😠

What kind of smartphone? iPhone or android?

Make sure the Always Connected and All Day Sync are enabled on your Iconic!

Yup always have that on. Like I said never had problems like this until today.

You could always try to call Fitbit customer service to help you try to reconnect. They have awesome customer service. Best of luck!
