I've done everything that suggested to sync my ionic to app...turn blue tooth off & on. Sign in & out of app. Restart my ionic. Restart my phone. I uninstalled & installed the app. Any other suggestions??I haven't had this much problems syncing since I got my ionic over 3 years ago!! 😡😠😡😠
You could always try to call Fitbit customer service to help you try to reconnect. They have awesome customer service. Best of luck!
