I am not able to sync my ionic watch with my iPhone so I can’t see text messages or incoming phone calls on my watch. I called before and she couldn’t help. I have had this watch for about a year and have problems since the beginning that customer service and techs couldn’t help me with.

@May-21 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I will gladly assist you whit your Ionic that isn't syncing. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. You can find additional suggestions here. Once the Ionic starts syncing you should be able to get notifications. If by any change you aren't getting any notifications please check this article.
Let me know how it goes.

if all of that does not work, and you passed the one year warranty from purchase date then I am sorry. Fitbit will tell you it is out of warranty and sorry. Unless you bought it in the UK or Europe, they have a 2 year warranty.
Good luck.
