I started using my new ionic on Thursday and it worked perfectly until 8pm Friday.
It will not sync any data. I am still receiving notifications.
It has the latest update as this was installed on Thursday and it worked fine. Nothing happened for it to suddenly stop syncing.
I have tried turning both the phone and watch off and unpairing from Bluetooth and wifi

Hey @Steph2018, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the tips you have tried so far to make your Ionic sync. Let me ask you this, what is the phone or tablet that you are using with your Fitbit, is it a compatible device? In the meantime, beside of what you already tried, I suggest you to try the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
