I have tried every workaround in the community that doesn"t make me lose my data. There has to be a fix because the "workarounds" should not become the norm. My last sync was Monday early morning. Help my challenge is not a challenge because my stats are NOT VISIBLE!!!

It's a problem with the device, not faulty just bad programming, They will tell you you are using a device that isn't supported, but I have had the experience of not syncing automatically on a galaxy note 8 (fully supported), and two different Huawei phones ( not officially supported ). On the note 8 I get notifications sometimes, then it just randomly stops syncing, and I have to manually open the app and sync (which is what you will have to do) on the Huawei, similar behavior, just not exactly the same. I love the fitbit app, and until the ionic, it worked great, but neither the versa nor the ionic really sync well on a regular basis with ANY PHONE. You always have to be on wifi, and have the app open if you want to receive notifications, texts and phone calls. That's just how it works. It's a shame that fitbit keeps screwing around and not either trying to fix the issue but saying that hey your phone isn't compatible and you were stupid to buy a phone that was incompatible...hey we have a new device that will might work (won't) with that new phone.

I'm having the same problem using Windows 10. The last sync was March 5th and won't sync since then. My computer shows the ionic when I looked for Bluetooth devices but still won't sync. This is irritating.
