I have a fitbit ionic that hasnt worked right from day one! It wont keep time or sync and customer service was hell and would rather get all my teeth pulled over and over than deal with that ever again! They wouldnt even give me a replacement!!!!! Their customer service is useless and incompetent!!!

Sorry to hear about the experience that you've had with them. I've checked your case with them and they've mentioned that what you're experiencing is a bug. Our team is aware of it and working on a resolution.
