As many us are experiencing major unresolved problems with syncing our device to our phones!#$@:!!###=% This is what fibit's team as told me:
1. The recent update was not tested to see if it was compatible with all cellphones! WHO AUTHORIZED THAT RELEASE??????
.2. They suggested that I download the app to another device.. REALLY????
However, I tried on several phones Galaxy, LG and. a generic U307A3 none of those worked either. I SHOULDN'T BE INCONVENIENCED!!!!!!
3. fitbit puts you though the winger to ger a refund abd/or refund.
4. ThIs issue should be taking viral.

Just double talk with NO resolution!!!!!!!!!
If ypu represent fitbit? Then how do you, fitbit, plan to resolve this issue for a device purchased 2-2020?

My Ionic would sync to my android phone but not my Windows PC; I may have solved that by updating the software on the PC, but have installed the update twice, so will need to see how it does next day or so. Meanwhile, my last run, which I think was my first after the watch update, didn't show a map and the distance was off by 10% and the I believe the pace was as well. Hard to troubleshoot that without the map.

Thanks for the update. I did a 20km run, it won't sync to Strava. 😢
