Ionic not syncing

I have read so many posts about the Ionic syncing problem. Mine still only occasionally syncs. 

WHAT is fitbit doing about it?

I hard reboot ionic.

restart phone

NOTHING, it has been 3 days now.

UNACCEPTABLE!

Same here, was working fine for almost a week, now over a day since the last sync. Not impressed.
