2 days ago my ionic stopped syncing to my samsung s9+ and the help page of the fitbit website seems to be missing its troubleshooting suggestions. The only solution I can find will wipe all unsynced progress and I'm hoping there is a way around losing anything as I am part of a workweek hustle. Please help?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. You will not lose any stored data.

we ith my ionicI have the same issue with my ionic. It won't sync to iphone or laptop and also started a couple of days ago.
I am in the middle of what i think is a factory reset but all it's been doing for about an hour now is turning on for 10 seconds with the fitbit logo, turning off for 2 seconds and repeating.... that's not making me think the reset is working and that the watch is now buggered.
Bluetooth on laptop and phone work with other devices (suggesting it's the ionic). I reset phone and ionic several times, switched off bluetooth, switched it back on etc and nada. Decided to bite the bullet and do the factory reset... now looks like my $500 super fitness watch lasted three and a bit months before dying...
