Hello - I bought this watch in January an I went swimming and now my fitbit Ioninc will not turn on at all. I have kept it in a bag of rice for five days and nothing. When I plug it in to my laptop nothing happens. My phone is not able to find the watch either and has a status of 'Looking' when I try to synch. I thought these were meant for swimming?

Yes, I swim with mine regularly. You will need to contact Support as something seems to have gone wrong (link in my signature )
