Ionic is not syncing. It hasn't been syncing for the last few days. I have a Huawei Emui, ANE LX2.
Anyone who has the same problem

@NachoAlgiers If you have not already done so, I would try rebooting your phone, then try a reboot on your Ionic by holding both the left and bottom right buttons of together untill the screen goes blank and the Fitbit emblem appears, then try resyncing after it has rebooted. Hope this helps.

Hi @Carig did the suggestions above help?
Have you tried removing the Ionic from the phones Bluetooth. Do not remove from the Fitbit app.
Now if you have an Android phone, I see no mention of what type of device is giving you problems, try clearing the Fitbit apps cache. This would be done through the phones settings/apps/Fitbit/
