My Ionic quit working a week ago. Did a factory reset and got it working. Today, it quit working again. Now, message is click error.n I've tried restarting the phone, restarting the Fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled software, turned off Bluetooth then back on, and now tried factory reset--NOTHING is working!!!!

Hey there @mrsalex9, it's nice to see you here! Sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Ionic. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this on your own, nice way to go!
I know you've done this already, but I'd appreciate if you do this again by making sure you follow every single step in order:
If your Ionic is still refusing to sync, let's try the Factory Reset. Before doing this procedure, you should unpair your Ionic, forget Bluetooth (both Ionic and Ionic (Classic)) and perform the factory reset.
On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset. Then, set up your Ionic.
When the watch successfully resets, use the normal out of the box process of updating the firmware or you can see How do I update my Fitbit device? article.
Let me know if this helps, I'll be around!
