Ionic not syncing

I have a new Ionic which I was ready to return because it was not syncing.  I did all the fix it tricks to no avail.  Then I read that Fitbit is aware of system problem.  It was about a week later that the problem seemed to be fixed!  Yeah!  Now, today, it stopped syncing again.  I think that I should have gotten an Apple watch--maybe it isn't too late to return Ionic.

If you bought your fitbit direct from fitbit then you have up to 45 days to return it for a refund. 

 

Unfortunately syncing issues happen from time to time, often for no apparent reason. The usual things to try are:
