Keep getting notification on phone about syncing i go to app and it says hasn't synched in so many hours i make it but it won't do it. I have it on all day sync but it don't do it. What needs to be done?

I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting. If after performing this, your watch is still not syncing, let me know which mobile device you're using.
