Ionic stopped working

My Ionic is less than a year old. Earlier this week, it stopped tracking my sleep and was contantly saying I had medium battery life when I just charged it. Now, it is completely dead. I can't restart it or do a factory reset, because it is just dead. Yes, I am attempting to charge it. I charged it this morning up to 97%, so it should not be dead in the first place, but it is.  Advice for someone who has a product that died in less than a year?

Yes, I've had a similar problem. Mine is just over a year old and out went flat and it just won't charge at all anymore. I've checked the cable and charger and I've tested the voltage etc. That's not the issue, it seems to be the watch.

Just finished messaging with technical support. My watch is dead. I am lucky in that I am within the 1 year warranty period, so they are sending me a replacement. I guess I'll just roll with the replacement for as long as it lasts and then purchase a better-quality item in the future.

I haven't had any issues with my watch so far other than this one where it
just stopped.

But I'm pretty happy because Fitbit just gave me a full replacement even
though my warranty period is over.

There was no resolution. The resolution is that I am now the proud owner of two broken Ionics.  That's it. I'll achieve my exercise goals, but Fitbit won't be recording them.

Update to my 4/26/19 post. The replacement watch died, and now I'm out of warranty, so I'm out of luck.  Bye, Fitbit Community.  Once I save up some money, you can catch me over in Garmin or Samsung world.
