Ionic not syncing

I have had my ionic for three months and now it won’t connect to the app. I tried restarting the watch and the computer but still nothing. Can you help?

If you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your Ionic, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
