I have removed and reloaded the Fitbit App on my computer, phone, and watch. The date now displays but I cannot get the Fitbit Ionic to sync. I have not been able to use my headphones for quite a time and find that everytime the watch face changes the problems begin. How do I finally get this unit to function correctly. I am fully up to date on the App so I am at a loss. I also find that the battery has to be charged every other day. Unbelievable...

Hi @thesettingsare, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
