Yesterday I was sitting on the family room watching tv with the windows open, it was about 48°F and my ionic stopped syncing and it shut down, the hardware was very cold. I tried many times to restart it and I tried to charged it but nothing happened. I wrote to customer service and since my Ionic is out of the warranty period Fitbit can't do anything about it, not have me options to deal with this. Is there a place where they fix fitbits? Or does anybody know what else I can do with it?

The assistance was provided, but the only option they gave me was to buy a new one, since my Ionic is out of the warranty period.
