Ionic not tracking Bike exercise

New to Ionic,, not seeing my bike ride stats  in Fitbit app ! Help would be much appreciated 😃

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know how did you tracked your biking exercise? You used the Exercise app or the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature of your Fitbit Ionic? Is your device tracking stats at it was designed? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to learn more about how your Fitbit will track an activity here: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

Hi, I'm having this problem too. Recently the app doesn't give mile by mile times when I go on my mountain bike ride. Usually it's about 25 miles including trails and the only interval I can set is every 5 miles. Please help
