Ionic not tracking HR or Steps

It began I believe after the first time used to track a swim. It did work fine 2 days after the swim I also wiped & fully dried it post swim, inline with care instructions.

So I have done all the suggested fixes:

Restart 3x

Update clock face

Latest version of firmware

Log out the app 

Removed and reinstalled device

Ensure HR is 'on' in settings

Factory reset - now unable to calibrate.

The phone app works fine and watch works fine just not tracking. 

 

Help please.

Hi @AJPhys,

 

This may be a shot in the dark, but does the device take a charge?  I'm thinking something may be wrong with the battery.

Its charging absolutely fine.
