Ionic not tracking exercise

My ionic has stopped tracking my hikes, which is extremely frustrating and no point owning one at this stage. Last week I did an 8 hour hike and it did not even register. Yesterday I did a 6 hour hike and it only registered 1 hour 51mins. Both times I have had a full battery. Not happy, anyone have any similar problem or any solutions? Thanks x

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Which activities were not recorded with your device? You only use the SmartTrack feature to record your activities? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
