Ionic not tracking heart rate and steps

On my Fitbit Ionic V 27.71.6.19 the Heart Rate tracker isn't working and my Steps on my watch have froze and stop calculating. Looking at previous inquiry's and suggestions I have done resets and have changed my clock face many times. Once I do a reset the steps will work again for a little bit and then will freeze again after. I have only had the Ionic for almost 2.5 Years. Thank you
