Over the last 30 days my tracker has stopped tracking heart rate and steps accurately and the charge lasts maybe 2 days max. I have followed all the steps to reset, clean the contacts (no sharp objects used cotton swabs as directed). What are additional things to check? I am hoping not to be disappointed in being told to buy another expensive watch that fails after 2 years (moved from Surge to Ionic due to watch bands breaking...).
