You can find more information about sleep score in What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

I am seeing this issue too. Up to May 15 I was seeing a sleep score and the full sleep analysis every night, and since that time only the simplified version and no sleep score. I can't see I am sleeping that differently from that date.

Is there a way of seeing when software updates were applied? I install them as soon as I notice them, but I'm not sure how observant I am.

Restarted the ionic before bed last night, slept 6 hours, and same simplified sleep details. Same as every night after may 15 (so over 3 months), whereas every night for the previous 3 months I had detailed analysis. Afternoon naps where it was less than 3 hours, I got the simplified results, so I understand the difference.

Thank you for your reply, @davidnicholas59.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend confirming why you see your sleep pattern instead of the sleep stages by tapping or clicking the sleep record. I also recommend getting in touch with our Support team so they can look deeper into the issue and help you with this matter.
