Ionic not tracking sleep

My fitbit ionic dont record my sleep even though i wear the watch while i sleep. I have update my watch and it syncs all other data.. What can i do?

@Norma308 Welcome to the Community! Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

I appreciate the details mentioned. I would like you to check and try the following: 

 

- Confirm your sleep sensitivity is set to sensitive 

- If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.

- If you slept for less than 3 hours.

- If your device’s battery is critically low.

- Restart your watch and use it again tonight 

 

Could you let me know if you're not seeing sleep stages or you're not getting sleep recorded at all on your Dashboard?
